When you’ll be charged for your reservation

The timing of your charges depends on the type of reservation and the payment method you use.

Accepted payment methods

NZZL supports a diverse set of secure payment options for both local and international visitors:

  • Major cards including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB, and eligible debit cards processed as credit cards.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay for fast digital checkout.
  • PayPal for users with supported accounts.
  • Additional local Moroccan payment methods (e.g. CMI, local e-wallets).

Stays shorter than 28 nights

For short stays (less than 28 nights), NZZL charges your selected payment method immediately once the reservation is confirmed.

In cases where local payment methods apply, charges may occur at the moment you submit the reservation request. If the host declines, the amount is automatically refunded.

Stays of 28 nights or more

NZZL aligns with international long-stay billing standards:

  • Your first payment covers the first 30 days and is charged when the reservation is confirmed.
  • The remaining amount is billed monthly, according to the schedule shown during checkout.
  • As with shorter stays, some local payment methods may charge upon request submission, and declined requests are fully refunded.
