Creating your NZZL profile
1. Sign up
You can sign up using:
- Apple
2. Add your personal details
After signing up, complete your profile with:
- Full legal name
- National ID / Passport / Business registration
- Phone number
- Full address
3. Upload a profile photo
A clear, friendly photo helps build trust. Tips:
- Use a well-lit photo.
- Face clearly visible.
- No sunglasses or group photos.
4. Set your preferences
You can customise:
- Language
- Currency
- Notification settings
Verifying your identity
Why verification matters
Identity verification helps keep NZZL safe for both hosts and guests. Verified profiles:
- Get more booking approvals.
- Are prioritised in search results.
- Build trust with hosts and guests.
- Comply with Moroccan regulations.
What you need for verification
You may be asked to submit:
- Moroccan National ID (CIN)
- Passport
- Residence permit (if applicable)
- A selfie for facial match verification
How to verify your identity
- Go to Profile → Verification.
- Select the document type.
- Upload clear photos of your ID.
- Complete the selfie check.
- Submit for review.
Verification usually takes a few minutes but may take longer if documents require manual review.
