Important check-in / check-out instructions

1. Go to Stays and select your booking.
2. Click View details.
3. Navigate to Check in process to view your full check-in instructions.

Be sure to check both your email and NZZL messages, as some check-in details may be sent through either channel.

If your reservation is less than 48 hours away and you still don’t see your check-in instructions, please contact your host for assistance.

1. Review your check-in information

Before anything else, double-check the details shared with you:

• Re-read your check-in instructions.
• Look for any recent updates from your host.
• Confirm the exact address, including building, floor, apartment number, or riad entrance.
• Make sure you're at the correct location, as Moroccan medinas can be tricky to navigate.

2. Contact your host immediately

Reach out to your host through NZZL messages. Explain the issue clearly — whether it’s a wrong code, missing key, or difficulty finding the correct entrance.

3. If your access code isn’t working

Try the following:

• Re-enter the full code carefully.
• Include or remove symbols such as # or *.
• Check for capital letters or case-sensitive characters.
• Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.

Try again after ensuring the keypad isn't locked out due to multiple attempts.

Unless stated otherwise, the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM (local Morocco time, GMT+1). Some locations may have slightly different schedules depending on staffing and occupancy.

Need more time before you head out? Simply contact your host and let them know the check-out time you prefer. They’ll check availability and confirm whether a later check-out can be arranged for your booking.

If a late check-out is important to you, feel free to reach out to the NZZL team before making your booking. We can let you know in advance whether a late check-out is possible for the dates you’re considering.

While we always aim to accommodate your request, late check-out may come with an additional fee. This helps us manage housekeeping schedules and prepare the property for incoming guests — especially during high-season periods across Morocco.
